Origin:
Bred by Reinhard Noack (Germany, 1994).
Introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 2002 as 'Jacobs Krönung'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  None to mild fragrance.  15 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Long sepals buds.  
Habit:
Short, compact, dense, upright.  Glossy, dark green, dense, leathery foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden, ground cover or landscape.  Vigorous.  flowers drop off cleanly.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

seed parent ‘Korimro’ x pollen parent ‘unnamed Noack Rosen seedling’. The seed parent was characterised by its low height and spreading habit, with "Mother of Pearl" coloured flowers that only appear once per year. The pollen parent was characterised by its low height and spreading habit, with semi-double dark yellow flowers. Hybridisation took place in Gutersloh, Germany. Breeder: Reinhard Noack. Gutersloh, Germany.

[blooms] in clusters as a large spray... he female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `Korimro` variety (non-patented in the United States). Such `Korimro` variety possesses light pink to near white single blossoms and is marketed under the IMMENSEE trademark. The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was an unnamed seedling maintained by Noack Rosen at Gutersloh, Germany (non-patented in the United States).
