Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, 1999).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 2003 as 'Red Mirato'.

Red.  None / no fragrance.  20 to 22 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact.  Light green foliage.  

Height: up to 20" (up to 50cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or ground cover.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
