Bloom:
Cherry-red to ruby-red. Mild, tea fragrance. 26 to 40 petals. Average diameter 1.75". Small to medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Medium, bushy, spreading. Small, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage. 3 to 5 leaflets.
Height: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm). Width: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for container rose, cut flower, garden or landscape. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
