From the patent: It was found that the new variety of the present invention:
(a) exhibits a compact, upright and bushy growth habit, (b) forms continuously in clusters attractive vibrant double red-orange blossoms with light rosy-orange on the under surface of the recurved petals, (c) forms satiny medium green adult foliage, (d) displays excellent tolerance to Black Spot and Powdery Mildew; and (e) is particularly well suited for growing as attractive ornamentation in parks and gardens.
Thank you, Karl. I am also partial to bicolors and this one looks really nice. It's interesting that it was introduced in 2006 and there are no sources listed for it. I'm wondering if there were issues with it.
