Bred by Paul Chessum (United Kingdom, 2001).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Love4Plants Ltd. in 2004 as 'New Scotland Yard'.
Class:
Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, climbing.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 9'10" (up to 300cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden or landscape.  Vigorous.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.
