Unlike many "strongly fragrant" hybrid tea roses, this one actually is. Strong and sweet.

Blooms reminds me of Congratulations or Flamingo. The fragrance reminds me of High Hopes, so seems most likely a 1st or 2nd generation from Congratulations, except in coral pink.
