Origin:
Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 2006).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2006 as 'Persian Light'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow and red, red center.  Sunflower-yellow with a bright red eye..  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, arching, bushy, spreading.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, garden, ground cover, shrub or specimen.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Rallph Moore's Spring 2006 Minirama from Sequoia Nursery says that the pollen parent is an "un-named yellow miniature."
