Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1969 as 'Small Talk'.

Bloom:
Lemon-yellow, ages to light yellow.  None to mild fragrance.  33 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Small to medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, upright, well-branched.  Large, glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Heat tolerant.

Notes:
Although Modern Roses XI gives a 1963 introduction date, in his book Roses - From Dreams To Reality, Herb Swim states that this rose was introduced in 1969.
