Floricultural Cabinet - Page 252 (Oct 1850) Madame Nerard, or the Wax Rose, delicate blush, very charming wax-like petals, of rather delicate habit.

I agree. Furthermore, there is a list of roses presented by Beluze in 'Annales des Sciences Physiques et Naturelles, D'Agriculture et D'Industrie' p. 493-497 (1840). Among others:
Mme Nérard. Fleur rose tendre, bien formée, dressée; fruits nombreux.
The roses *raised* by Beluze are so noted, along with one (Reine de Pestum) which was raised by Plantier.
