Discovered by Lawrence E. Meyer (United States, 1999).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses in 2006 as 'Spring Fling'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Scarlet - red, white center.  Mild fragrance.  5 to 8 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 28" to 42" (70 to 105cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
