We have 5 Tiddly Winks in Spokane, Wa (zone 5) and it's one of our favorite roses. Very reliable. It gets through the winter better than most of our roses and is always the first to green up and bloom. Most of our roses needed major pruning (all the way to the ground) after this last winter, but TW didn't. Just a nip and a tuck and that was it. The new blooms seem to glow. We highly recommend it.
