I think there is an error in the size description -- should the unit of measurement perhaps instead be feet, rather than inches?

It certainly should be in feet. Now fixed. Thank you AquaEyes.

Lost this rose in my garden. Visited this rose yesterday at Sacramento. Has characters of an early Bourbon and a Tea.

This is not a climbing rose. It's probably not a Hybrid Tea, either, because it blooms in clusters and its flowers nod a bit. This is a found rose.
