Large,long-lasting blooms. Heavy and full petaled, yet opens perfectly. Blossoms blush pink, depending on weather conditions (more pink in hotter weather). Truly gorgeous, and I find the slight fruity scent to be appealing. (Sometimes, roses are too sweetly scented for my fibromyalgia.)

Yes, I must add that I like the compactness and disease resistance also--as others have noted. This rose just seems to glow in the garden and, as I noted, sometimes has a pink blush to the caramel color.
Update: This rose did not prove hardy here in southern Ohio.

I am so impressed with CA. We are at the end of July in Savannah, Ga --- like a sauna---and many roses are BS'ing or defoliating badly if not treated. Even Knock Outs have some BS now. CA rose was only sprayed once early this spring and to date NO disease at all. Heirloom sits right next to CA and is covered with BS. Caramel Antike's growth is bushy-vigorous-3 1/2 ft, healthy medium green leaves, with clustered flowers every 4 wks. Stems are great for cutting. I have it at the front of a super-packed perennial border. A Highly recommended no-fuss rose. If only it had scent it would be perfect!

Nice compact growth, healthy foliage--only sprayed once so far and no disease at all. The first year in the ground: first flush had 15 big flowers at the same time that lasted 21/2 weeks on the bush before I pruned them off. The flowers showed no sun fading, rain damage or age---each bloom just perfect. New growth and buds 3 weeks later. I will definitely buy more of this rose.
