This is available from Palatine Roses in Canada as well.

This variety does seem to be a bit of a blackspot magnet. I've had a couple of them in recent years as it's a terrific bloom, but it does seem to get bad BS and defoliate at the drop of a hat (mine are still in pots, so may be better in the ground). I've also seen them getting bad BS on the ones in the shops, which isn't a good sign (as they would have been sprayed very recently).

Pope John Paul 2 rose seems to be better pretty much across the board, as far as white HT's go. More vigorous, more densely foliaged, more healthy, better fragrance, probably more prolific, also well formed.
