New Roses for 1905...Breeder: P. Bräuer, San Remo.
Doktor Wauer (Madame Victor Verdier X Safrano). Climber (hybrid tea) awarded by the French Rose Society.
Characteristics: Extraordinarily vigorous. Floriferous, especially the first. Magnificent colouring and form, very double, but still elegant. Very fragrant. Extremely hardy, already endured 15 degrees [probably minus 15] in Germany without cover.
A sort which can be easily propagated with cuttings.
