Rosiers Nouveaux 1904 .....Les roses suivantes sont vendues par M. Vigneron, rosiériste à Olivet, près Orléans (Loiret).
D’abord un semis provenant de son établissement :
Gloire des Blanches (thé). — Arbuste sarmenteux, bois très gros, d’un beau feuillage vert sombre, fleur très grande, globuleuse, pleine, portée par un pédoncule très ferme, d’un beau coloris blanc pur. Fleur s’ouvrant très bien, bouton allongé, de forme exquise.
Cette magnifique plante qui est très résistante au froid, sera une bonne addition à la série des thé sarmenteux.
Elle est issue de Nyphetos x Duchesse Mathilde.

New Roses 1904 .....The following roses are sold by M. Vigneron, rosiériste from Olivet, near Orleans:
From a seedling from his own establishment:
Gloire des Blanches (tea) Climbing, wood very large, with beautiful foliage of a pretty dark green, large, globular, full flower carried by a firm peduncle [flower stalk], colored a pretty pure white. The flower opens well, long bud with exquisite form. This magnificent plant is very cold resistant, and will be a good addition to the climbing teas. It is from the cross of Nyphetos x Duchesse Mathilde.
