'Yametsu-Hime' rose Description

ARS:
Miniature. Registration name: Yametsu-Hime
Bloom:
Rose-pink, white center, white reverse. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 0.75". Small, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Short, compact. Glossy, light green foliage.
Height: up to 8" (up to 20cm).
Growing:
Can be used for container rose.
Breeder's notes:
Flowers of this rose remind us of those of Chinese milk-vetch (Astragalus sinicus. Its compact growth and floriferousness make it an ideal rose to be planted in a pot. It will also fit a Japanese garden, since it has a look in common with that of a wild plant. (Mr. Akira Ogawa, Miss Yuki Mikanagi, and Mr. Hironobu Mitomi)
