The globular rose is so called because of its circular outline and rotund body. Such roses are usually very full, with rather narrow petals, and the central point does not protrude above the general outline of the bloom. These Roses are also known as “globular-pointed” ‘Mrs. R. D. McClure’ and ‘Dame Edith Helen’ are typical examples of this class.
