HMF lists this rose as "Raspberry Ripple", Vintage Gardens (VG) had it in their catalogue as "Raspberry Ripples".
My plant came from VG and was labelled 'Flora' ["Raspberry Ripples"]. It is a lovely rambler, very healthy, very floriferous, grows well but is not completely cane-hardy in my climate. Sorry to say I don't have an idea about its true ID, the rose is quite different from those grown as 'Flora' in most of the large European collections. However, I can relate to why VG came up with the idea it might be Jacques' 'Flora' when they saw the rose in England as it is somewhat similar to the rambler Peter Beales and David Austin had as 'Flora'.

Thanks hannes. I have added "Raspberry Ripples" as a synonym.
I have also added the two 2006 Vintage references to 'Flora'.

I wonder where the idea came from that this foundling was a Wyant bred rose. During my visit to Oneto Ranch on May 21, 2005, there was a rose similar to 'May Queen', but with a bit of a blotch and plum-coloured buds. Someone on that day said the rose was 'Raspberry Ripple' bred by Wyant, but they may have been repeating the info from the 1993 reference.
