Sunline.....

p62.  Doug Grant, Final Analysis For 2015-2016.
Sunline Breeders Code: Somwarmag  Breeder: Somerfield 2010 Type: Hybrid Tea  Plants: 76   Parentage: Maggie Barry x Warm Wishes  Reports: 49  Height Medium to Tall  Garden: 6.4  Exhibition: 5.4  Health: 6.5 (good)  Fragrance: 3.2 (some). The plant has an attractive bloom with a striking colour but unfortunately it fades quickly and can burn in the sun. The blooms are similar to 'Solitaire' but smaller in size. It is a good garden rose with good health but some blackspot disease.

Parentage: Maggie Barry x Warm Wishes. Garden: 6.3 Exhibition: 5.0 Health: 6.6 Fragrance: 3.1 Height: Medium to Tall. Awards: NZRS Gold Star 2007. Availability: GLE, ROA, TAS. Waikato: Downy mildew knocked it back a bitTe Awamutu: Blooms smallish  but quite pretty. Bay of Plenty: Has several flushes of flowers over the season, likes hot weather the best. Manawatu: Looks like 'Solitaire' with yellow edged pink blooms which are a bit on the small side. Upright bush, best it has looked since started growing, quite healthy, leathery foliage, good colour, some burning, repeat slow though, funny habit of dividing its stem into three shoots before flowering in spring. Feilding: Attractive flowers, slow repeat, late flowering. Wairarapa: Lovely garden rose, plenty of well formed buds, but disappointing at fully open stage. Moutere Hills: Slow to establish, lovely blooms, will not give up yet.
