Discovered by Peter Beales (1936-2013) (United Kingdom, 1985).

White or white blend.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 4' to 4¼' (120 to 130cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Dancer and choreographer, Sir Frederick Ashton, was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, 17 September 1904. Her was the Royal Ballet's principal choreographer from 1933-1970. Knighted in 1962, Sir Frederick passed away 18 August 1988 in Sussex, England. Peter Beales named this rose to mark Sir Frederick's 80th birthday.
