Orange - white, ages to yellow .  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Medium-large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.
