Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow blend, ages to light yellow .  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden, hedge or landscape.
