This rose never seems to be out of flower and flushes nicely to give a really great effect. The foliage is clean as a whistle without any protective spraying -- no mildew, no blackspot, no rust. The plant is evergreen here in the San Francisco area. It makes a nice mound of foliage with no fuss or care. Highly recommended.
