Average rating: EXCELLENT.
Origin:
Bred by Thomas Silvers (United States, before 2003).
Class:
Unknown.
Bloom:
Light yellow.  Medium, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Sends out runners, suckers on its own roots, upright.  Small, matte, medium green foliage.
Growing:
Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
Breeder's notes:
Relatively sterile/infertile. The cross was done in around 1994 and the seedlings have never set any hips (2009 now). It may be pollen fertile though, since I have gotten seeds from its pollen (used on Rosa rugosa). Unfortunately, I didn't pay serious enough attention to those seeds and never got any to germinate.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Ploidy:
Diploid
