Article (newspaper) (5 Nov 1866) Mr. T. Johnson took away the special prize for the best twelve single blooms, and of distinct varieties; and two prizes for the best six and three respectively. He also showed two seedlings-a cerise rose (the Sir James Palmer), and a crimson one (the Manners Sutton), which were the objects of much admiration.
