“Herttoniemi” This blanda hybrid was found in the grounds of Herttoniemi Manor, Helsinki. It forms a vigorously growing shrub to 1,5 metres. The fragrant flowers are medium-sized, semidouble, pink but paler towards the margins. Very showy again in autumn when the foliage colours up a brilliant golden-yellow with small, red flattened-roundish hips.
