Bloom:
Russet, dark brown shading, lighter rusty orange reverse.. None to mild, opinions vary fragrance. 18 to 25 petals. Average diameter 2". Very large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, exhibition, flat bloom form. Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Small, long sepals, pointed buds.
Habit:
Tall, upright. Small, glossy, light green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 18" (45cm). Width: 1' (30cm).
Growing:
Can be used for container rose, cut flower or exhibition. Very vigorous. flowers drop off cleanly. heat tolerant.
Breeder's notes:
This variety has now been named 'Beautiful Anne' and is available through Rogue Valley Roses
The photo depicts a bloom at the half open stage, at which time it is quite small; about 3/4 inch across. When fully open it forms a flat daisy like bloom about 2" in diameter. Blooms hold this half open HT form for one or two days, depending on weather conditions/temperature.
