Small, two inch pink-tinged, yellow, fragrant flowers are abundant on this small, upright shrub. The breeding lines of 'Joe Woodard' are from disease-resistant Wichurana, 'The Fairy' for its cold hardiness and 'Yellow Baby Love' which influenced its color. As a result, this rose, named after one of the original Texas Rose Rustlers, is clean, hardy and colorful.
