Single Roses.
In our Nurseries there are no more attractive objects than the Irish single varieties, and they are so marvellously free flowering that it is impossible to say too much in their praise. During the entire growing season they are virtually always in bloom, and their lasting properties are most surprising.
Mrs. A. Kingsmill... Paul & Son, 1911, vigorous. Pale pink, the reverse of the petals soft rose. The blooms are single, petals shell-shaped.

Nos excellents confrères, MM. Paul et Sons, rosiéristes à Cheshunt (Angleterre), ont lancé dans les cultures, en juin 1911, les nouveautés ci-après : MRS A. KINGSMILL (Hybride de R. Laevigata). — Cet hybride, issu de la variété Anemonenrose est naine remontante, et à grandes fleurs simples : le coloris rappelled celui de sa mère, mais est renversé. La variété Anemonenrose, portant le rose à la partie supérieure des pétales, tandis que Mrs A. Kingsmill le possède à la partie inférieure de ceux-ci.
