'Sugar Plum Fairy' – 1995. Unknown breeding. Modern Shrub rose. Small, semi-single, purple-red flowers, opening flat, in clusters, fully recurrent. Medium-sized, mid green foliage, hairy stipules. Few prickles. Flower: 8 petals, 30 mm, 3 to 7. Low spreading shrub 0.7m x 1.2m.

A ground cover with large sprays of stunning mauve/purple 2cm single blooms with yellow stamens. Most unusual colour which is very eye-catching. Healthy and disease free light green foliage. Very floriferous, and blooms right through winter.
