C.P. Horner, Awards to Rose Seedlings in Great Britain in 1990. 
Gold Medals were also awarded to the as yet unnamed FRYminister, a very bright orange red Miniature raised by Fryers. It was a splendid show throughout the season. Unfortunately I could not detect even the slightest scent. In spite of this I am convinced that this vivid Miniature rose will be very popular for many years to come.  
Interestingly the International Trials Committee and the public were very much in agreement. ....and the Gold Medal Winner placed 5th for their appeal by the enthusiastic visitors to the garden.
