Rogue Valley Roses carries this one. I just got one! Anxious to see it bloom, but I assume it will be a couple yrs.

I have grown this rose cultivar for seven years and where I live in Deniliquin Australia , have never seen rust on it yet. Mine only flowers mid to late spring, but when it does , has the most beautiful flowers you have seen along with a very pleasant perfume. It can get quite large, but I manage by a heavy pruning straight after flowering and then a follow up pruning of new growth to force out laterals which does not effect its spring flowering.

It's the only rose I've grown, in the Adelaide Hills zone 9b, that got rust. I left it behind when I moved house.

This has been coming back for three years here in zone 4. I keep in covered with snow during the long winters and every year it gets bigger. The dark red, almost purple stems contrast with the lime green shiny foliage making a pretty plant even when not blooming. One of the few apricot roses to survive our winters.

Per most of my books, it is mentioned to be repeat flowering...

In 8 years this rose has never produced a single bloom once the Spring flush finished. Combined with its health problems and blooms fading to a very unattractive color after the first day, I cannot recommend this rose. There are far better shrubs to be had that are similar.
