Book (2006) Page(s) 230, 247(photo). Includes photo(s). Vesuvius HT. Good, reliable rebloom / Outstanding fragrance / twiggy, compact, bushy, high-centered Tea-like blooms. McGredy, 1923. Velvety-crimson single flowers with golden stamens; one of the early single Hybrid Teas. We cannot recommend a rose more highly, and single crimsons are rare.
