Book (1931) Page(s) 83. Alick Ross, Ashton, SA. Rose Growing in the Adelaide Hills: ' Souvenir de Mdme. Boullet' does well in all weathers, and maintains its deep cadmium yellow to the last. It was claimed that it would supersede 'Lady Hillingdon', and although not strictly of the same colour, it has many points of advantage over the older variety. 'Sallie Lewis' is rather a newcomer with us, and to all appearances it is identical with Souvenir de Mme. H. Boullet, at all events, it is so similar that it will be difficult for it to preserve a separate identity.
