Website/Catalog (7 May 2013) Includes photo(s). (SOMirevan). This rose which is yet to be named is a real stunner! It is from an exceptional gene pool which includes Elina, Esmeralda and Paddy Stephens - all first class Hybrid Tea Roses in their own right. Blooms are creamy white with a narrow pink band at the very edge of the petal. High centred and very large, the numerous petals are packed tightly giving this rose an exceptional vase life, often two weeks or more. Flower production is exceptional for a rose of this size. Foliage is also a stunning deep shiny green with exceptional health. The bush is medium height and compact. With true Hybrid Teas becoming rare these days, this rose should be a winner. p77. ibid. 'Diamond Design' (SOMirevan). The cream to white blooms tinged with a pink edge appealed as one of the better HTs in this trial. It never seemed to be without a flower. The sturdy, bushy, medium size plants with a good number of thorns and dark glossy green foliage were generally healthy and the blooms withstood all types weather conditions. It is a worthy addition to the garden and possibly those interested in exhibiting.
