Wind Chimes. Cl. (Lester Rose Gardens). Rosy pink, double, in clusters, very fragrant, profuse bloom, recurrent; growth very vigorous, 5-6m./16.5-20 ft.
In The Complete Book of Roses by Gerd Krüssmann. Timber Press 1981.

Olde references state the flowers are double yet the pictures show a completely single flowered plant. Is it mislabelled?

This rose has the sweetest fragrance! I unboxed an order of roses 2 springs ago and this was the rose that purfumed the entire room I was working in as I opened all the boxes. Very cute "Ballerina, hybrid musk" type flowers in deep cherry with a lighter center. It sets rather large hips compared to all my other small flowered hybrid musks, being almost 1/2 inch accross. I always have fun starting seeds from open pollinated rose hips and am looking forward to seeing this ones babies some day, as she likely got crossed with something good, since I have tons of great roses planted within 50 feet of her. The only thing about this rose is that most books that mention her say she gets very large and mine seems content on being short and bushy for now. She has stayed under 3.5 feet for her first 3 years, but I planted her in a spot that if she wanted to get crazy big, she has the freedom to do so. She has been very disease resistant so far and I have a no spray organic garden in steamy blackspot heaven Richmond Virginia USA.
She is a good rose and I'd recommend her to anyone.
