Second year own root royal jubilee has an amazing old rose and fruity scent .. scent wafts even in hot & dry at 90 F. Very fast repeat and healthy leaves. Many blooms to make it a highly scented landscape rose. A must for any fragrant garden.

Royal Jubilee is light pink in my heavy clay. It has month-long spring flush, and the repeat is fast as 2nd-year own root. I can smell its wonderful fruity scent 5 feet away, even in hot and dry weather. Rabbits don't eat it despite its being low-thorn.
