Betty Uprichard (H.T.)
A two-toned pink wtih somewhat thin blooms, freely produced. Fragrant. Does well everywhere, especially in town gardens and is resistant to disease. This old favourite is particularly useful for cutting. (Dickson, 1922.)

You might mention to them they have a free listing on HMF and they are welcome to update it with additional roses.

The name here is apparently a typo for 'Betty Uprichard'
