I made a few late season crosses with this rose as the pollen parent. It is very generous with pollen so now well see if it's pollen fertile. I made crosses with diploid, triploid and tetrapoid seed parents.

And?... The suspense is killing me.

Presumably, offspring would be once blooming, and take years to bloom, but I would be very curious as to how many hips/seeds/germinations she gave you, and the percentage of thornless offspring.

Wichurana 'Thornless' is an extremely aggressive grower. It is smooth on the stems but has vicious prickles on the underside of the rachis.
