White. Greyish white, turning brown with age. Cupped bloom form.

Armed with thorns / prickles.

Notes:
"Bird Children" found in a N.S.W. cemetery. The white "Bird Children" has sported (or reverted) to a pink form, study-named "Bird Children Pink". Both roses are contained in this one file for ease of study. Refer references. Document from Jane Zammit August 10, 2097 mentions “good plant & rose, very soft neck, blooms face ground.” Compare also “ "Elizabeth Mackay”.

Identifications discarded 'Molly Sharman-Crawford', tea 1908. Observer does not state reason for objection. Just "no way". "Carlesruhe Maria Bruhn" - Similar, but "Bird Children" does not have the upright stance of the CMB blooms

Inflorescence Some blooms have an upright stance, some have a weak neck.
