Google Translate is such a friend. I found a Beijing govt. site to help.

"Variety Name: Rosa 'Yanni'

Quality Breed Certification Number: Beijing S-SV-RC-014-2013

Variety characteristics: large-flowered rose variety. The flowers are orange-pink, the edges of the petals are dark pink, high-hearted and angled, the flower diameter is about 10cm, and the petals are 25 to 30. Drought and cold resistance, resistance to extensive management."

Does the place where the parentage is shown tell us which Kardinal it is?

No it doesn’t unless one can read Chinese. The issue is there is no reference to HMF original description of Kardinal (1967) X Belami (1985). Yes it could be Kardinal (1985) if that is where your thinking is leading.

It seems more likely since most of these crosses Im reading from their program are florist x florist rose.
