White. Strong, opinions vary fragrance. Large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season. Pointed, mossed buds.

Spreading.
Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm). Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for cut flower or garden. Very vigorous.

Notes:
For a definition of Perpetual Moss, see its entry in the Glossary... The Peter Beales Collection of Classic Roses 2000-2001 says Blanche Moreau is once-blooming and has maroon-colored moss.
