Bred by James W. Coiner (United States, before 2010).
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Salmon-yellow, coral reverse.  Ages to coral-yellow. No hips.  Mild, fruity fragrance.  20 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped, globular bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Ovoid, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, spreading, upright.  Dark green foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  

Height: 43" to 4'1" (110 to 125cm).  Width: 22" (55cm).
Growing:
Can be used for garden.

The present invention relates to a new and distinct Floribunda Rose variety which was originated by crossing as seed and pollen parents two unnamed, undistributed, unpatented seedlings. ...The following description is of two year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Wasco, Calif. in the month of October.
