The references seem to suggest that this rose was bred from a seedling that was 'Pink Parfait' x ('Carefree Beauty' x 'Golden Chersonese') and not that this is the parentage of the actual rose.

"Walparcher, one of our newer seedlings, a fragrant shrub, bred from 'Pink Parfait' x ('Carefree Beauty' x 'Golden Chersonese')"

There are no striped roses in the pedigree of this rose unless it is a striped sport from the above seedling.

Thanks Simon, I read it as the actual parents of WALparcher. Hopefully the breeder will enlighten us, but I know he has a bit on his plate right now.
