Thank you, listing merged. We generally follow the publication of results by the World Federation. There, this rose is still listed as FE-18001.

"SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The new variety of Rosa hybrida plant was created by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the `THE FAIRY` variety (non-patented). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `AUSMAS` variety (non-patented).

The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows: `THE FAIRY` x `AUSMAS`"

Thank you, this patent is only a week old! Again, differences in description between patent and Meilland info: bloom diameter is 5-7 cm according to patent, and 8-10 cm in Meilland's description. Patent says the breeder is Alain meilland, while MR408 is Michèle Meilland Richardier's notation??

The median is 7.5, so you could give it a short range around 7.5. Both are official sources, although patents sometimes have "magic math" in them....
