Bred by Ronnie Rawlins (United Kingdom, before 2015).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Style Roses in 2015 as 'Sparkling Burgundy'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta, silver(y) reverse.  Burgundy.  Mild fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.
