Some of the varieties tolerate periods of drought very well, as does the miniature ‘Czesław Miłosz’ (‘Spanish Caravan’). This rose has a spreading habit and, in the absence of water, is able to keep its flowers coming out in good condition for two months. It gained awards at the International Rose Novelties Competitions in Baden-Baden, Rome, and Nyon in Switzerland
