H.19 ('Blessings' x 'Dr. A. J. Verhage'), an H.T., by M. J. Law, of Bedford, is with very strongly scented flowers which I have described in my notes as like a 'Just Joey' floribunda. Early in the season I marked it very highly indeed but I noticed a little black spot in autumn. Trial Ground Certificate.
