'Mapale™' rose Description

Class:

Bloom:
Deep yellow. Moderate, wild rose fragrance. up to 40 petals. Average diameter 3". Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Ovoid buds.
Habit:
Climbing. Semi-glossy, dark green foliage. 5 to 7 leaflets.
Height: up to 4'11" (up to 150cm). Width: up to 39" (up to 100cm).

crossing between the female seed parent, an unnamed seedling, and the male pollen parent, also an unnamed seedling ....The two parents were crossed during the summer of 2006 ... The male pollen parent plant has the growth habit of a floribunda rose plant, while the new variety has the growth habit of a climbing rose plant. The female seed parent plant has near white flowers while the new variety has yellow flowers.
